Bloxam, Burnett & Olliver (BBO) is a New Zealand based multi-disciplinary company of consulting engineers, planners and surveyors. Since that time the company has grown steadily and is now managed by four directors, consisting of John Olliver, Scott Bready, Graeme Jamieson and Tony Keyte. The Company is owned by key staff, all of whom play an important role in the overall success of projects. BBO offers consultancy services in the fields of engineering, planning, surveying, contract procurement and related disciplines.
